Eligibility
- User must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally competent under Indian law
- Must provide accurate and valid information

User Registration & Account
- Users must create an account with accurate details
- User is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Any activity under the account shall be deemed authorized by the user

KYC & Verification
Users may be required to submit:
- PAN / Aadhaar
- Address proof
- Additional documents as required

Pricing & Market Risk
- Gold and silver prices are dynamic and linked to market rates
- Prices displayed are indicative and may change without notice
- Final execution price shall be binding

Buying & Selling
- All transactions are final and non-reversible
- Orders are subject to system availability and market conditions
- Execution delays may occur

Gold Storage & Delivery
- Gold may be stored with vault partners or delivered physically
- Delivery charges, making charges, and applicable taxes shall be borne by the customer
- ZORUM is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners

Systematic Investment Plan (SIP)
- SIP enables periodic gold accumulation
- Gold is purchased at prevailing rates on execution date
- No guaranteed returns
- Missed payments may lead to plan termination

Gold Loan Services
ZORUM provides secured gold loans against pledged gold jewellery and bullion.
- Loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and amount are determined by internal policies
- Valid KYC and collateral are mandatory
- ZORUM reserves the right to approve or reject applications
- In case of non-repayment, ZORUM may initiate recovery or liquidate pledged gold

- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or approved methods
- User is responsible for payment accuracy
- ZORUM is not liable for unauthorized transactions due to user negligence
