Gold Savings Plan — Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling in the ZORUM Gold Savings Plan.
Nature of the Plan
- This Plan is NOT an investment scheme, deposit scheme, or financial product
- ZORUM does not provide any guaranteed returns, interest, or appreciation under this Plan
Eligibility
- Any individual who is 18 years or above and is a resident of India may enroll
- The customer must complete KYC verification as required
Plan Types
- Fixed Monthly Savings Plan — Customer selects a fixed monthly contribution amount
- Goal-Based Savings Plan — Customer selects a goal (Marriage, Jewellery, Gift, Child Future) and sets a target amount or indicative gold target in grams or value
Payment Terms
- The customer agrees to pay the selected amount every month on the chosen date
- Payments may be made via auto-debit, UPI, card, net banking, or other approved modes
- The payment schedule must be maintained for the full duration of the Plan
Tenure
- Plan tenure will be selected by the customer at the time of enrollment (e.g., 6, 11, 12, 18, or 24 months)
- The customer is expected to complete all installments within the selected tenure
Missed Installments
- Pause or terminate the Plan
- Withdraw associated benefits
Wallet System
- All Gold Savings Plan payments will be credited to a ZORUM wallet
- The wallet balance can only be used to purchase products or services from ZORUM
- The wallet does not function as a bank account or deposit account
Gold Pricing & Market Risk
- Gold prices are dynamic and depend on prevailing market rates
- ZORUM does not guarantee any fixed gold price unless explicitly stated under a specific offer
- The final gold quantity or product value will be based on the rate applicable at the time of purchase
Gold Target (Indicative Only)
- If a customer selects a gold target in grams, it is for indicative purposes only
- The actual gold quantity that can be purchased will depend on the total amount saved and prevailing gold rates at the time of redemption
- ZORUM does not guarantee a fixed gold quantity unless explicitly specified in a separate plan

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Option A — Wallet Credit: Full amount credited to ZORUM wallet with no deductions. Valid for up to 12 months from cancellation date
- Option B — Bank Refund: Cancellation within 1–2 months attracts up to 10% deduction; cancellation after 3 months attracts up to 5% deduction. Refund processed within 7–10 working days
